Www Google Adsense

I am going to place Google Adsense script on my website, although I don’t have good programming skills. Is it hard to place Adsense on my site myself, or do I need someone with programming knowledge to do it for me?

I have put Adsense on my site and till date its not showing good results even when i have optimized some 22 Keywords and my website appears in Top 10 Ranking Keywords: woman active wear, Man tennis wear , vastu essentials, westpointe humidifiers etc.. website: http://www.retailord.com

I have been hearing stories about how people are making money using blogging empire. Out of curiosity I searched on net and saw several options like rss2blog, viral instigator.

Does it really work? Can you really make lots of money using such tools and adsense?

There is lots of information, hence confusion and quesions

As you all know i created my own blog and it’s : http://livelifetothefullest-darlene.blogspot.com/… I have made an account with google adsense, and i can only have one adsense on my blog which is the Adsense for content , the rest of he adsenses say NO DATA AVAILABLE… It looks ike this:

I want to t add all of the adsenses to my blog, but i cant… Y does it say no data available?… I have tried to copy and paste these other adsenses into my HTML section but it says :

I need to incorporate a blog, and want to control the advertising on my site…Adsense and beyond.
What tools do I need to get my site live with as little hassle as possible?

I do the following

+Keyword research
+Create Campagins
+Create Text ads
+Create Adgroups
+Bid Management/Bid Editing

I can use adwords editor and google adwords very well.
I can use excel to distribute multiple text ads, campagins, keywords, adgroups i can run reports and plenty of other tools and functions. Does anyone know what i should be getting paid? Im on minimum wage.
